Mellissa and Thomas accepted as acting delegates for the purposes of forming a quorum as allowed under current constitution.

Treasurers Report:

Tabled. Moved Leo/Russell that the treasurer’s report be accepted. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

General Business:

Tasmanian Championships:

MOVED (Kevin/Russell) that the amended Tasmanian Championships 2009 entry form be adopted. CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY

Australian Junior 2010:

Separate bank account with Kevin and Mellissa as signatories. May need to draw on TCA junior fund. Russell reported on meeting of Kevin, Mellissa, Russell the previous night – next step is approval of venue and production of program. Current venue preferred options Hutchins (tournament), Christ College (accom)

Rapid series:

Entry form for Rapid Series I to be out soon.

Motion of appreciation for Ross George’s overhaul of the TCA website carried by acclamation.

Availability of Treasurer:

Leo may be away for a few months from May.
