FORMAT:
7 Round Swiss: 15 minutes per player per game, plus 5 seconds delay per move.
SCHEDULE:
Saturday the 4th. of December
Round 1 will commence at 11.00am with all rounds proceeding as soon as possible after the previous round finishes. Short breaks will be taken as appropriate throughout the tournament.
ENTRIES:
Competitors may enter online using the registration form below, or enter on the day before 10.45 a.m. Competitors wishing to pay their entry online should complete the online registration to avoid confusion.
Entries close at 10.45 am on Saturday the 4th. of December.
FEES & LEVIES:
Entry fees may be paid on the day in cash, or online prior to the event by using a Credit/Debit card or PayPal, or by direct transfer to the TCA.

Launceston Membership fee: $20
Participation in the event is restricted to financial members of the Launceston Chess Club. Players who aren’t members of the Launceston Club can pay the $20 p.a. membership fee when entering. In accordance with section 3 of the TCA Constitution, Tasmanian players not already a member of the TCA must pay an Individual TCA Membership levy in addition to their entry fee. This fee entitles the individual to all items listed under rule 3.2 of the constitution until the commencement of the next TCA financial year (rule 6.5)
