a. Ian Little to circulate minutes of the 2017 AGM prior to the next scheduled TCA Executive meeting on the 23rd of July after the Tasmanian Rapid Championship. – Closed
b. Ian Little to contact Kerry Beeton and inform him the TCA Executive has discussed his correspondence and that a formal nomination is no longer required. – Ongoing
c. Denis McMahon to contact Andrew Wagdy and provide him with the contact details of the ACF Secretary and ACF President. – Closed
d. Ian Little to contact Aidan Cox and advise him of the June 30 exemption expiry, and to discuss the Launceston Chess Club’s privacy/child protection obligations and strategies. – Ongoing
e. Ian Little to write to David Walsh and/or his MONA liaison and open relations between MONA and the TCA. – Ongoing
f. Ian Little to liaise with Denis McMahon to create the required links and/or pages. – Closed
5. Review of actions arising from the previous annual general meeting (13th of March 2017)
a. Ian Little to approach Christine Rumley to obtain consent, and follow up as appropriate. – Closed
b. Ian Little, in consultation with Denis McMahon, to draft a set of TCA Event Guidelines for presentation to the TCA Executive. – Ongoing
c. Ian Little Liaise with Kevin Bonham on the most recent version of all documents relating to the ACF’s Code of Ethics and where to find them. – Ongoing
d. Ian Little to incorporate appropriate references and/or links to all relevant ACF Code of Ethics documents in the draft of the TCA Event Guidelines, and on the TCA website once the TCA Event Guidelines have been approved and adopted. – Ongoing
